"Mauro is a fantastic host in Florence!"

Communication was easy & responsive along with excellent recommendations in the city. Easy to get to but on a busy street.
Parking is underground just a few doors down from the apt. Tight parking with a steep, slippery, curved ramp but doable. Ample space for the car once in and a lifesaver to have it so close to the apt. The apt. is up a flight of stairs which Mauro helped us with our bags.
The apt. is very clean & comfortably sized. Hot shower was available and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet stay for the city!!!
The AC worked fantastic during our August heat wave stay. About 20-30 min easy walk directly to Florence's center, the Duomo. Highly recommend Osteria dell'Enoteca for dinner, upscale dining in a casual atmosphere.
They're known for their perfect Bistecca alla Fiorentina, more than enough on it's own as dinner with choice of sides! There are bars along your walk for a breakfast cornetto & café.
A gift of Cantuccine cookies and help with our bags to the car as we checked-out.
I cannot recommend Mauro's rooms enough!!!

"Fantastica Accoglienza"

La struttura è stata ristrutturata da poco e si vede, c'è tutto il necessario e anche di più (wifi, bollitore, doccia enorme, TV, condizionatore). La pulizia è ottima.
Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e il centro si raggiunge in 10 min a piedi. Titolare gentilissimo e presente per ogni nostro bisogno (ci ha portato personalmente l'asciugacapelli).
Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Il titolare una persona squisita e gentile, fantastica l'accoglienza, la posizione buona, per una famiglia di 4 persone la consiglio vivamente.

"Alles zeer Netjes en Schoon"

Ruime 3-persoonskamer geboekt. Goede bedden, ruime badkamer, alles zeer netjes en schoon! Kleinschalig, dus veel persoonlijke aandacht van eigenaar Mauro, die ons wegwijs maakte en veel tips kon geven. Hoewel de accomodatie aan een drukke verkeersader ligt, zijn de kamers erg rustig (ligging aan achterzijde!).
Bijzondere aanrader voor mensen die wel op loopafstand van het (zeer toeristische) centrum willen verblijven, maar geen last van het bijhorende lawaai willen hebben!
Geen ontbijtservice inbegrepen, maar loop even door de Porta Romana het pleintje over en je kunt bijvoorbeeld heerlijk ontbijten bij de Bar d'Angolo!

"Grandissima Disponibilità e Cortesia"

Consiglio la struttura per un soggiorno a firenze sia breve come il nostro, venerdi-domenica, ma anche di maggior durata.
La location è molto comoda sia da raggiungere in macchina sia per spostarsi a piedi verso il centro.Camera ristrutturata, spaziosa e molto pulita.
